Applicant must forfeit any title awarded and prizes presented to the applicant, in full and in the condition received, if applicant is disqualified or relinquishes.Ĩ.
This includes, but is not limited to, sponsorship fees, advertising fees, competition admission fees, guest meal fees and any other fees paid to Mini Miss Pageants by anyone including, but not limited to, applicants, sponsors and advertisers.ħ.
Under NO circumstances will any fees paid to Mini Miss Pageants be refundable or transferrable in full or part. Disorderly conduct prior to, during and after the competition may result in disqualification from the Mini Miss Pageants competition, removal from premises and legal action.Ħ. Applicant must display a courteous, sportsmanship like manner at all times. Applicant publicly posting defamatory comments on all media and public networking platform’s will be immediately disqualified.ĥ. Defamatory verbal and/or written comments against Mini Miss Pageants will result in instantaneous disqualification, relinquishment of any and all prizes and awards won and legal action.Ĥ. Applicant will not make false accusations or derogative comments about other contestants, judges, employees, Director of Mini Miss Pageants or anyone else associated with Mini Miss Pageants. Applicant shall present themselves in a gracious, respectful manner at all times during any Mini Miss Pageants competition and while representing any Mini Miss Pageants Title.ģ. Applicant attests that they are and will continue to be an individual of excellent moral disposition they have not nor will not engage in any act incompatible with the highest of public ethical expectations and etiquette or that will reflect adversely on Mini Miss Pageants including, but not limited to, the Mini Miss Pageants Title or the Licensee or the Promoter or the Sponsors or any persons associated with Mini Miss Pageants that they have not committed a criminal act or appeared in, or posed for, nude or provocative photos or videos prior to, during the competition finals or during their reign should they become the title holder of Mini Miss Pageants.Ģ. Applicant shall be an individual whose circumstances will not bring discredit to Mini Miss Pageants including, but not limited to, the Mini Miss Pageants Title or the License or the Promoter or the Sponsors or any persona associated with Mini Miss Pageants. Upon entering a Mini Miss Pageants event you formally agree to the terms and conditions bellow.ġ. The remainder of the entry fees needs to be paid within 6 weeks of entry date or by 2 weeks prior to the competition date, which ever comes first. Upon entering into any Mini Miss Pageants event a 50% deposit or full payment is required. The following rules apply to all Mini Miss Pageants events
